Hola, Como estas.
Thought that before a post of any matter it would be fitting to introduce myself. So, hello DTO public reader base and therefore hello humans capable of connecting to the internet.
In a quick and precise fashion I would just like to tell you a little about myself. First of all – I believe you would suppose I am inviting you into a threesome based on the above photograph. Most directly, I am not. Somehow, over the last three months a good joke arose out of a wine called Manage-a-trois – which, as you could very well guess, could easily make some wondeful jokes. I made this picture and have not used it anywhere else… Consider yourselves the winners.
Anyhow
I am the only DTO contributing writer to live outside the mitten. I moved from the great state of Michigan almost 4 years ago to the almost greater state of Florida. Graduated High School in 2007 and have been attending the University of Central Florida for the last 3 years. Spent 2 studying Biology and last summer changed to Liberal Studies to get more focus on what I realized I am more interested in, Social Entrepreneurialism.
In the spring of 2008 I took a part time position with Discovery Church in Orlando Florida as their Southwest Orlando satellite venue’s Middle School Pastor with Discovery’s student ministry The Element.
Throughout 2009 through an incredible community and many conversations the Lord slowly revealed an idea for a web-based tool to connect individuals and organizations through stories of change all while keeping conversation focused around a Gospel centric question “What does it mean to be Human?” I have been working on development of Being Human Project for the last 6 months and can’t wait for what God has in store.
And just this past February I was blessed enough to start a business development internship with one of Orlando’s finest creative design firms called Maven. The past month has been an incredible learning curve and so pumped for what’s around the corner there.
Muchos Gracias. If you would like to know more about me you can check out my blog – Robb Schiller – Or check out my about page.
